Hyde Single Malt 1922 Rum Finish Whiskey

Copper penny gold. Moderate opening sniffs evoke ginger biscuits, gobstopper, light vanilla and sponge cake. Remains relatively subdued in later passes. Creamy entry offers an appealing mix of Marie tea biscuits and subtle rum-like sugars. Concludes medium long, with faint suggestions of molasses in the aftertaste.
