Pale yellow with discreet golden tints. At once fruity, floral and vegetal: yellow fleshed fruit, white flowers and fresh aromatic herbs. Rich and concentrated, mineral notes and freshness, aromatic complexity.

This premium wine is the fruit of a meticulous selection undertaken by our oenologists (choice of soils and parcels beforehand, fine-tuned winemaking) and takes advantage of all the diversity of AOP Sancerre. Indeed, this wine brings together the 3 terroirs representing this appellation. The typical features of each contribute to its profile: mineral notes from the flint stone, structure from the stony-limestone and fruit from the clay-limestone. Careful blending and maturing on fine lees come afterwards. This wine’s opulence is communicated by its ample bottle and the drawing on the label evokes the highway’s route. It is an offering for Epicureans in general and for Epicurean moments. Maturing period: 6 months on fine lees

This wine is a nostalgic reference to the mythical French highway, Nationale 7, that Parisians used to take to to drive down to the Riviera for their holidays … and that went via Sancerre.
