Story
It was in 1841 that the blackcurrant liqueur was discovered. Before this date, blackcurrant was mainly cultivated as a table fruit, but its leaves were also attributed therapeutic virtues.
During the 20th century, blackcurrant cultivation spread and rationalized to soon concentrate in the Côte d'Or.
