Madam Veuve Point Saint Aubin 1-er Cru 2017

Pale and luminous gold colour. On the palet, the wine is complexe and well balanced. Straight and mineral attack, than nutty and yellow apple aroma on the mid palet. You then discover hints of butter and roasted nuts at the end. The texture of this wine is unique, very fatty and smooth. The lenght is remarkable.

In the heart of the côte des blancs, Saint-Aubin is a wine producing village of the south of the Côte de Beaune. “En Remilly” climat, classified as “Saint Aubin 1er Cru” is set on the calcerous sandy marl soil of the village of St Aubin, just by two famous neighbors: Puligny and Chassagne. The vines are set on the highest part of the appellation, on sloppy lands.
