Chateau de Birot 2015

Chateau de Biro - lock with two centuries of history, which is owned by Eric and Helena Fournet-Kasteyya. It was built in the second half of the XVIII century by Sir mumps. At Chateau de Biro produce dry red wine under the name Premier Cotes de Bordeaux AOC and white sweet wines under the name Kadiyyak AOC. Total Château owns 21 hectares of vineyard with red grapes (the main - Merlot) and 3 hectares with white varieties (main - Semillon). In 2010, Arthur, one of five sons Eric and Helen, offered ideas to modernize and improve the quality of the winery producing wines that were brilliantly realized.
