Structured, powerful, intensely fruity, and floral, with a very long persistent finish, balanced by a refreshing balsamic twist. Fine mouthcoating tannins embrace the saturating black fruits completing the package, making for an excellent, luscious, gluggable red wine. This will pair well with meat and truffle preparations, roasted lamb, medium-aged and blue cheeses, spicy food or alone as a meditation wine.
