To produce Amaro Digest with hydro-alcoholic infusions of herbs and spices, sugar syrup is added. Once the liqueur is obtained, it is aged for a variable period of 3-4 months in stainless steel tanks, this step allows the aromatic fan to ripen. When it has reached the right degree of ripeness Amaro Digest is filtered at room temperature and then bottled.

Amaro Digest Erbe is a historical liqueur of Zanin 1895, obtained mainly by mixing hydro-alcoholic herbal infusions with sugar. Soft and enveloping it is a unique and unmistakable pleasure.
