Information
An extremely well-balanced, wonderfully refined and light Champagne which cannot fail to seduce Champagne lovers. Sélection Brut releases unwavering aromas of white fruit, apple and raspberry to glorious effect. The impressive meunier base layer imparts fruit character and soft, rounded texture, backed by racy, yielding pinot noir structure, skilfully refreshed by crunchy chardonnay fruit. Generally appreciated for its spontaneity, this is the perfect Champagne for sharing, for any occasion or situation. Two to three years cellar-ageing brings lovely balance, while maintaining appealing freshness.
Winemaking
The Chief Winemaker adapts dosage levels to each Champagne in order to enhance its flavours and aromas. The choice of reserve wine is crucial and takes into consideration a whole range of factors, including the proportion of cru wines, year of harvest, grape varieties, and vinification and ageing methods, in order to guarantee the intrinsic style of each Champagne.
About manufacturer
The Champagne House of Nicolas Fyuyat, founded in 1976, in a short time managed not only to overtake many eminent manufacturers with a long history, but also to occupy a place in the top five largest Champagne Houses. In 1986, the company entered into an alliance with the association of elite vineyards \"Center Vinicolet de la Champagne\" in order to promote Nicolas Feuillatte champagne. Today, Champagne House brings together more than a thousand winegrowers and 86 wineries. Joint ownership covers an area of 2 thousand hectares of vineyards, which is 7% of the territory of the Champagne appellation. Champagne under the label \"Nicolas Feuillatte\" is made from grapes grown in 10 vineyards of the Grand Cru category and 27 vineyards of Premiers Crus in various regions of Montagne de Reims, Côtes de Blancs, L\'Ardre, Wesle, Cezanne, in the Marne Valley. The success in obtaining great champagne depends on the quality of the yeast used, so the Champagne House Nicolas Feuillatte derived his own yeast culture in his laboratory. Annual sales of the Nicolas Feuillatte House are about 7 million bottles per year, 50% of which are exported to more than 50 countries
