Rose wine with quartz colour and gloss and shine. Explosive and complex blend of fresh forest berries, morello cherries and pink grapefruit. Wine with wonderful attack and pronounced mineral taste, alongside with long-lasting and fresh finish.

Hand picking and sorting of grapes, as well as picking through the destemmed grapes to select out the best. Direct inert pressing of whole destemmed grapes up to 1, 2 Bar. Cold enzyme clarification and fermentation with pure culture wine yeasts. Batches coupage, clarification and stabilization.
