Sparkling , pale straw color. Intensive , colorful and fruity nose with tempting accent of fresh apricot with vanilla sauce. Fresh and light taste in the month with good ripe yellow fruit and nice ,harmonic and delicate finish.
Winemaking
The grapes for the wine were gathered at the end of September year 2015 from the vineyards of Winery Tsarev Brod close to the city of Shumen. Aged on fine less for seven months and was bottled end of May year 2016. The wine fermented under temperature of 16-18 °C with yeasts for red wine which aims to take in the aromas.

Gergana is a white hybrid sort of grape, selected via crossing of the sorts Dimyat and Muscat Otonel in University “Vasil Kolarev” – city of Plovdidv..

Winery “Tsarev Brod” is located in the village of Tsarev Brod,Shumen municipality in the close of the only rock lay in Europe –Madara Raider which is an object of cultural and natural heritage of UNESCO.
The project for the winery starts in year 2001 when our family of agronomists planted the first ha of vine farming ,in the present moment it reaches 27 ha.We are people close to the land and we realize that to build cellar and buildings is easy and fast but perennial plants need time and systemic care.Raw material- is the key of a future winery.
After eight grape-gathering campaigns our grapes from sorts Sauvignon Blanc,Traminer, Chardonnay,Riesling ,Pinot Noir ,were tasted under different conditions of vinification from leading Bulgarian wine-cellars to approve their production.
Then when in year 2015 the grape reached its optimal stage of growing we gathered a team of specialists who were close to the revision of the grape all these eight years and know its technological characteristics .And we built our wine-cellar close to our vineyards .
