Старосел Rose 2018

The wine is characterized by crystal clearness, pale pink, with strawberry-raspberry shades. The fragrance is well-expressed, intense, yet gentle and fascinating. It is dominated by fertility (strawberry and cherry). The taste is fresh, light, very even. The prolonged slow dull aftertaste creates a feeling of frugality and purity.

The region is characterized by a continental climate. Warm and dry summer with a good distribution of precipitation throughout the vegetative period. Soft and warm winter without spring frosts. The soils are red clay and cinnamon forest that are rich in active carbonates, with excellent mechanical composition, extremely suitable for growing red grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The wine is produced by cold fermentation (13 - 14 ˚С) of pre-clarified grape juice.
