It’s all about raspberries here, lots and lots of raspberries, with a good stack of shortbread underneath. Cherries also show themselves and hints of lemon peel are also present. The fizz is very fine and persistent, with cracking minerality and good length. Throughout there is an underlying forest strawberry character just to add even more berry flavours.
