Ruby red color with shine. A specific, rich aroma, dominated by a mature black cherry, chopped with a stone and a strawberry spiceful of spices. The taste is soft, attractive, fruity. Average tannins with a spicy finish. Suitable for serving with red meats, dry delicacies with spices, baked game, cheese paste, sheep, buffalo cheese.
