The colour is intense, golden, even with nuances of old gold. The nose is developed and complex with soft yellow fruit - overripe apple and quince, herbs, white mushrooms and bread crust. Medium, ripe body with nuances of herbs, butter and ripe quince. Ends with a memory of vanilla and smoky wood.
