Wicklow Hills is a deliciously mellow and warming dram. Initial flavours of sponge candy, caramel and fruity notes are followed by a distinct toasted almond nuttiness.
Winemaking
A beautiful blend of a 21% malt and 79 % grain whiskey, matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and finished for three months in Oloroso sherry casks. 40% ABV
