It is powerful and full-flavored on the palate, structured and willingly demonstrating its body and bluntness. At times firm and frank, powerful and full-bodied, this Corton will unquestionably pair well with a duck à l’orange, nice meats in sauce, hare stew, deer medallions and ripened cheeses.
