Symphonie de Haut-Peyraguey is produced from vines coming from the First Grand Cru Classé in1855 «Clos Haut-Peyraguey», located on the highest point of the Bommes plateau. Soils are typical of the Sauternes vineyards, made of sand, gravel and clay in varying proportions. The wine meets the same requirements as its elder brother Clos Haut-Peyraguey
