Casalfarneto Passerina Marche IGT 2019

Colour: Straw yellow. Perfume: Characteristic odour of this variety of wine, quite intense and persistent of white flowers and yellow fruit. Flavour: It is an elegant wine, greatly pleasant with a typical varietal taste, quite soft, well acidic, fresh, balanced and harmonious.

CasalFarneto Passerina comes from the hillside of Ascoli Piceno province, on a hard clayey soil with southwest exposure. The process of “vinification” involves a soft pressing of the clusters and a subsequent thermo-controlled fermentation. The refining phase takes three months in steel and one month in bottle.
