Casalfarneto Tonos rosso Conero DOC 2017

Colour: Intense ruby red color with purple hues. Perfume: Vinous , fruity scent of wild cherry ,marasca cherry , plum jam and spicy notes. Flavour: Full, consistent , harmonius , warm, fairly soft taste with a slight pleasant tannin.

The grapes used in the production of Tonos wine are produced in the hills near the promontory of the Mount Conero on the adriatic sea in the region of Marche. The soil is of good structure, calcareous and marly. The vinification process takes place with long macerations to favor the extraction of substances. The refinement of the wine takes place in toasted and seasoned woods for 10 -12 mouths and in bottleS for 4-6 mouths.
