But beyond the colour, which characterizes it, it hides a great fruity wine, that from the Chardonnay variety, has as peculiarity, not only its aromatic freshness, but also a magnificent balance and a touch of well-integrated acidity. This wine gets its blue color in a totally natural way, through a complicated process of treatments with anthocyanin.
