Champagne J&H Fagot Premier Cru Carte Blanche

The J. & H. Champagne Premier Cru Joseph Bassoon has an expressive scent with elements of dried fruit, raspberries, white flowers and a hint of vanilla. Fine bubbles, quite full-bodied taste with fine acidity and a really nice fresh finish. This is a Carte Blanche edition, which is made on an equal distribution of the 3 Champagne grapes Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Champagne Premier Cru Joseph Fagot is quite obvious as an aperitif, but certainly also has enough fullness to be used for food. Obvious is seafood, but the wine will also go well with chicken or creamy cow's milk cheese. The obvious Champagne for New Year's Eve.
