A cuvée marked by vinosity, its straw-yellow color and its persistent foam offer impeccable visuals. The nose expresses power and maturity, where certain macerated fruits and sweet spices merge, a union of Mirabelle plum and cinnamon. The mouth offers a silky fat, and the taste density persists.

Vinification in thermo-regulated vats, cold passage, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation carried out. Sulphite levels reduced to the maximum.
