Yellow straw colour. Aromas of spiced pear and plum, toast, chestnut, hints of cacao and iodine. A fresh burst in the mouth, keen citrus acidity and lush, ripe brambly fruits with a marzipan almond character. Concentration and lovely spicy depths to this wine, concentrated flow with inherent power. Gorgeously long driving finish.

Pressing at the property. Vinification in thermo-regulated vats, cold passage, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation carried out. Sulfite level reduced to the maximum.
