Aurore de Dauzac Margaux 2017

Wine of an attractive ruby ​​color with purple hues. The wine has a rich taste with silky tannins, notes of ripe cherries and a fresh, persistent aftertaste. Exquisite aroma of wine reveals expressive fruity tones and notes of tobacco.

Red dry wine "Aurore de Dauzac" - the second wine of the Château Dozac - is made from grape varieties Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, which grow on gravel soil in the appendix Margo. The density of planting is 10 000 vines per hectare. The average age of the vines is 30-35 years. Harvest is collected manually. Fermentation takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel vats with a patented handle system at 27 ° C. Then the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
