Winemaking
The wine is made by the classical method of grape fermentation, after which it is freed from alcohol using vacuum technology at a temperature of +30 ° C. This approach does not decay the taste of the wine and leaves the delicate tannins, anthocyanin flavonoids and trace elements intact. Thanks to this, non-alcoholic Riesling wine does not differ in taste from alcoholic counterparts.
