Chateau Cap d'Or 2016

With a mostly Merlot blend, this wine reveals pretty floral and red fruit notes, with silky tannins and a very fine woody note.

Cap d´Or is the second wine of Château Cap Saint George, produced on one of the satellites of the Saint-Emilion appellation. This château was bought in 2014 by Jean-Philippe Janoueix, and a lot of time was invested in researching and understanding wines and this exceptional terroir. The wines are therefore subtle, elegant and worked with humility. This Cap d'Or cuvée is a version favoring freshness and fruit.
