The Pliska- Rakia series - traditional style, high quality wine distillate, class and nobility in taste, not to be confused with the well-known Pliska Brandy. In its bulbous shaped bottle is a special hand-picked grape brandy. Rakia made from grape distillate aged in oak barrels from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Misket. This fine Pliska Rakia is aged in small Bulgarian oak barrels and matures for 15 years. The Rakia has a deep amber color and due to the long aging process this wonderful Rakia develops a soft and warm taste with complex aromas and noble vanilla tones.
