Tornatore Etna Rosso Riserva 2016

A rising star in the Etna region, Tornatore is becoming one of the region's biggest and most respected wineries. Their vineyards are located at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level on the north side of this active volcano. The Riserva comes from the oldest vineyards of the estate, known locally as the 'relics.' Small terraces along the slopes of Mount Etna, supported by ancient walls, were meticulously restored by Tornatore, and are the home to these treasured old vines.
