There is a creamy, tactile sensation on the palate with a graceful finesse and a beautifully refreshing balance with natural flavours (citron zest, wild peaches and white pepper). This wine is powerful, accentuating an aromatic persistence with a long and majestic finish.

The marriage of Francois Billecart and Elizabeth Salmon gave birth to one of the finest champagnes in the world. The patch of land in Mareuil-sur-Ay was where the first Billecart began. It was initially used as a tennis court, vegetable, and greenhouse. Later this one hectare of land was judiciously used to start Pinot Noir and currently houses the rarest Cuvee.
With the sixth generation of winemaker brothers, Francois, and Antoine Roland Billecart have taken the brand to the next level. They have worked on astounding numbers. This world-renowned wine has formidable production of 1.7 million bottles a year. Thus, the wine is stored in oak barrels for vinification without any dosage.
