COLOR: Mahogany brown. Very powerful aromatic profile marked by esters and notes of banana. Mineral and olive flavors come later. Powerful flavors of yellow banana complexified by notes of red fruits, caramel and vanilla. The finish expresses itself roundly on candied fruits and oxidative notes.
