Champagne Billecart-Salmon Brut Blanc de Blancs

Colour A fine foam and a delicate effervescence. Golden hues. Nose The nose is delicious, with delicate aromas of dried fruit (almond, hazelnut) and white fleshy fruit. Palate The controlled complexity of the palate brilliantly brings out the wide range of aromas of the Chardonnay variety. A creamy attack with brioche notes is mixed with a beautiful tension. The balance is perfect between power and subtle mineral notes. The finish, marked by freshness, is persistent and elegant.

The Billecart-Salmon vineyard stretches from the Côte des Blancs to the Montagne de Reims and covers almost 100 hectares. The vines are cultivated and cared for in the traditional manner in order to get as close to the authentic fruit as possible and to reflect the quality of the Champagne region’s terroir.
