Aromes de Pavie Saint Emilion Grand Cru 2015

The wine presents itself in the glass with a superb garnet-red color with purplish highlights. On the nose, a complex bouquet of black fruits, roasted coffee, cocoa beans and sweet spices emerges. A woody dimension gradually takes over, adding complexity. On the palate, the wine is relatively dense and powerful. The tannins are tight and will require several more years of cellaring to develop a patina. The fruity flavors are intense and carry us through to a gourmet finish.
