Colour The wine has a deep colour. Nose Pure and fresh, the nose mingles with a great depth fragrances of black fruit and white pepper. Palate The palate is persistent and delights with its fine tannins, its silky feel, its freshness and its aromatic richness.

In 1697, the estate was sold to Simon Malescot, adviser to King Louis XIV. In 1827 the Count of Saint-Exupéry, great-grandfather of the famous aviator, bought the property. Château Malescot St Exupéry, three hundred years old and the third Grand Cru Classé, has one of the most beautiful terroirs of Margaux, the emblematic appellation of the Left Bank of Bordeaux.
