Harvest from 6 to 22 September. Vinification in wooden vats. Extraction by pneumatic punching down. Vatting for 32 days. Aged on fine lees in barrels (40% new).

Château Canon-La-Gaffelière is a prestigious wine estate founded in the 17th century in the Bordeaux region. Located to the south of the medieval town of Saint-Émilion, Château Canon-La-Gaffelière has been under the management of Stephan von Neipperg since 1983.
