Chateau Reviere

This wine, with a rose petal robe and bright reflections, offers a nose with intense aromas of raspberry and strawberry. In mouth, the Château Rivière is fleshy and greedy, revealing hints of cherries.

After a manual harvest, the vines are vinified by bleeding and low temperature fermentation to keep the fruity and roundness of the wine.

Château Rivière is located on old schist and limestone terraces in Peyriac, Languedoc. South orientated, centenary vines associated to young vines of Syrah and Grenache give fine and well balanced grapes.
