Colour The colour is deep and intense. Nose The nose reveals scents of black cherries, blackcurrants, sweet spices, bitter chocolate and fennel. Palate On the palate, the wine has a fine balance between a solid tannic structure and a fresh acidity. Flavours of black fruit and spice mingle with hints of liquorice and eucalyptus for a lingering finish.

Château Lascombes is an illustrious Margaux Cru Classé, renowned for the exceptional quality of its wines. Covering 120 hectares of the Margaux appellation, this historic estate was recently acquired by the Lawrence family. Château Lascombes is preparing to enter a new era with the arrival of Axel Heinz in 2023, making the 2022 vintage particularly interesting for future comparisons.
