Manz Pomar Do Espirito Santo 2015
Ruby red color.
The grapes were destemmed, followed by fermentation for 8 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Pre-fermentation maceration. Maturation of 70% of the wine in stainless steel vats and the spare 30% in French and American oak, follows for 12 months. Aged in bottle for 6 months.
Baptized with the name of the place where it all began, the Pomar Espírito Santo offers an incredible journey of flavors to Extremadura. A full-bodied and extremely elegant red, the wine have very strong fruit scent. In the combination of flavors joins the most complex character of spices and good structure, resulting from the stage in barrels of French and American oak.
