This dry style of Rosé is made to be enjoyed day or night, with food or without. Lifted aromas of strawberries, watermelon, raspberries and floral characters lead to a flavour-packed palate that is refreshing and succulent with a hint of fruit sweetness, beautifully balanced by bright acidity.
The juice for this wine is given around two hours of skin contact to achieve light colour, before being pressed, settled and fermented in the same way we normally make our white wines. The wine was aged on lees for a few months to increase the palate richness and balance. It was lightly fined and filtered.
