Alcohol by volume:
Mister Syrah is bright and vibrant in colour with aromas of raspberries, violets and nutmeg.
The fruit was destemmed and crushed into open and closed top tanks. Primary ferment lasted for around 9 days and the tanks were plunged or pumped over up to three times daily. The wine was then held on skins for up to two weeks, after which it was pressed. The wine was then aged in French oak barriques and tank for 14 months before being blended, lightly fined and bottled.
