To produce Golmar Limoncello, lemon peels are macerated in alcohol for about 20 days, after which the previously obtained lemon paste and sugar syrup is added. Once the liqueur is obtained by mixing all the ingredients, it is refined in stainless steel tanks, then filtered at room temperature and then bottled.
Story
Limoncello is one of the typical and historic products of Made in Italy. The boom in requests for this type of product in the 1980s began with the production of this liqueur by Zanin which relies on the advice of elderly ladies who, at that time, produced it by hand to maintain its original features. Today the product is made following those ancient recipes, selecting the best lemons that our peninsula can give.
