To produce coffee liqueur with sambuca, sambuca and sugar syrup are added to the water-alcohol solution containing an infusion of coffee. Once the liqueur is obtained, it is aged for a month in steel tanks, this step allows the aromatic fan to mature. When it has reached the right degree of ripeness, it is filtered at room temperature and then bottled.
