UBY Byo Gros Manseng Doux

This fluffy Côte de Gascogne comes from vineyards certified Organic Farming. With the Gros Manseng of its BYO range, the Uby estate offers us a sweet and flowery wine with notes of exotic fruits such as mango or passion fruit. The unctuous mouth reveals aromas of candied lemon and quince. This wine is delicately woody, it will surprise by its fat and its tremendous freshness. In order to preserve all the aromatic qualities of this organic mellowing, the grapes are harvested at night and the fermentation takes place at low temperature on fine lees.
