UBY Byo №27 Rouge Gourmand

Here is a red wine 100% Cabernet Franc, full, rich and fresh greed, from the organic range Uby. Its notes of black berries, blackberries, blackcurrant seize from the attack in the mouth. Ample, fruity and round the mouth expresses itself with freshness and greediness.

Traditional vinification: de-stemming, starting of direct fermentation, unloading to extract a maximum of fruit, followed by successive reassemblies until the end of the 8 days of fermentation. After another 15 days of vatting, the juice is gone, followed by a natural malolactic fermentation.
