Sauvignon blanc from the Loire Valley is a classic that is often emulated but rarely replicated. Pouring a bright straw this is aromatic with notes of citrus, green pea and mineral; the palate is light, extra-dry and flavourful with hints of white peach, lemon, and light florals followed by a subtle finish.
