Biscardo Blush Pinot Grigio delle Venezie 2019

Colour: typical light copper colour. Bouquet: fine and elegant, well supported by fruity and flowery notes Taste: fresh, mineral and well balanced, with persistent fruity aftertaste.

After being selected and harvested, the grapes release the rosé colour during the maceration of the must in stainless steel tank for one night at about 4-5° C. This particular process extracts the aromas from the grapes. The fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 16-18° C in order to preserve the fruitiness and the finest sensory characteristics. The wines is then transferred in stainless steel tanks where it refines and enhances its floral and fruity bouquet. After few months the wine is clarified and gets the final filtration.
