Casalfarneto Pecorino Falerio DOC 2019

Colour: Intense straw yellow. Perfume: Typical varietal smell, quite intense and persistent of white fruit and flowers, acacia and broom. Flavour: It is a wine of great varietal expression. In the mouth, taste confirms the smell sensations developing in balance between freshness and savour. It is fine, persistent and slightly bitter on the ending.

The vineyard is located on the hillside of Ascoli Piceno province. Soil has a clayey consistency and a southeast exposure. “Vinification” takes place through a soft pressing of the clusters and a subsequent thermo-controlled fermentation. Refinement process takes three months in steel and at least two months in bottle.
